Determine the thermal conductance: Use the average temperature difference and heat flux to calculate the thermal conductance (q/A = k * ΔT / t), where q/A represents the heat flux density, and A is the surface area of the plate.


Calculate the heat flow: Multiply the thermal conductance by the effective area of the plate to obtain the heat flow (Q = q/A * A).
